![]() I had two in person meetings, one to go over logistics and the second to design our creative direction. Emailing with them was a snap, and they laid out prices for me even before our first meeting so I knew what to expect. Working with them from the get-go was so easy. So for the somewhat unpleasant experience with the original florist I'm knocking off one star, but, the flowers came out so amazingly beautiful. The replacement florist could not have been nicer or more accommodating, and my flowers turned out amazing. I don't know if it was our personalities that did not mesh or my budget, but I just did not feel at ease with this person. My experience was a little tarnished because of the original florist I was assigned, I did not feel like a priority to her. I was so over the top happy with how it turned out. All the flowers they did for the venue and the boy's boutonnieres were stunning. The bouquets were everything I could have wanted and more. The flowers on my wedding day were AMAZING. I wish I had her for the entire process, it may have changed my overall experience working with Sprout. That was a bit concerning but the new florist assigned to my wedding was extremely nice, helpful and responded very quickly to all emails and was very pleasant to work with. A few days before the wedding, I sent her an email to get some clarification about something and got a reply from someone else saying they would be doing my wedding because the florist I had been working with no longer was with Sprout. The same florist had trouble explaining how things would look (we just reviewed my pinterest page again) and I did not leave feeling very confident about what to expect on my wedding day. I paid my deposit and all was forgotten until closer to the wedding when I went in for my final meeting. I decided to work with Sprout anyway because of their ability to work within my budget. ![]() ![]() When I received this plan from the florist it was just pictures taken from my pinterest page, which was a bit unsettling. Despite that, I felt she understood my vision so I paid for her to put together a initial plan, which cost me a non refundable $200 dollars, and was supposed to provide me an idea of how they would execute my wedding. I had a lower end budget for flowers compared to most BK/NYC weddings and the florist talked about the impact that would have on my overall look, comments such as "small bouquets" etc. The florist I worked with understood my vision. Board and was able to explain what I wanted through pictures.
